I have been a Sip Co fan since they set up their first location at the abandoned bank drive thru on Branchview. It is seriously my favorite company to support in Concord. The drinks are always on point and the possibilities are endless!!! If you get overwhelmed with too many options and combinations, never fear. They have some sip co specialties that have been designed to be delicious. Next time you’re thirsty, give Sip Co a try!

Ordered a specialty drink and was charged for whip cream cherries and vanilla as I requested them. Got drink and asked why it was missing items ( cherries and whip cream). Employee said we are out but had already charged me. I said I will just take a refund. They can’t process refunds…So you charge me for a drink you can’t make and can’t resolve it and have a “tips greatly appreciated” sign…Tips are EARNED by providing good service. Making a wrong drink and not able to refund it is not good service….

I love coming to Sipco. It’s always a nice experience and the drinks are great. With that being said, I paid for the first time in cash. The total was $18.30. I gave the gentleman $20.30. He kept my change rather than giving it back. I usually pay with card. I don’t mind leaving a tip but I don’t like that it was assumed that my $2 was going to be a tip.

I love coming here honestly it makes my day! The only reason I gave three stars is because sometimes the wait is a little long! Otherwise I love it! You can really personalize your drink. I prefer sugar free or zero sugar options and they have that! You can add energy drink to any drink and I love that as well! Friendly options for littles also! Friendly staff.

I had such an incredible experience at SipCo, especially getting to share it with my daughter. The drive up was welcoming and fun, and the drinks were absolutely delicious — truly some of the best we’ve had! A special shoutout to Claudia, who took such great care of us. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful in guiding us through the menu and making recommendations. Her warm personality really made our visit even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back — highly recommend!
